This is a technical privacy-policy draft outline, not final legal text. It must be completed against the services actually enabled at launch.
Current technical data flows to document
- Hosting of the public UNOVIQ website on the UNOVIQ production server
- Supabase account authentication, database and storage processing
- Project-request form processing through a Supabase Edge Function
- Server and security logs required to operate the service
- Payment processing only after the selected payment provider is activated
- Analytics, cookies or tracking only if those tools are actually enabled
Before commercial launch
The final policy must identify the controller, contact details, processing purposes, legal bases, retention, recipients/processors, data-subject rights, international-transfer details where applicable, and the actual cookie/analytics configuration.
No analytics or advertising vendor is described here unless it is actually integrated.
